Shipping policy
PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
- All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Portugal.
- Please allow for 1-3 business days for processing at our fulfilment centre before your order is shipped. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, will start processing the following Monday.
- Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email that will include the carrier tracking number of your order. Be sure to track your order using number we provide.
- Also delivery incidents may occur, such as the absence of the recipient, anomalies in the normal route to your address and others. For any clarification with the delivery status, incidences and delays should contact directly with the carrier assigned in order to expedite delivery.
- We ask that when you receive your order, you check the state of the box and always mention what you detect during delivery, such as: "Box damaged"; "Box with drop marks"; etc., on the courier's reception sheet, so that if any product is damaged or missing, a claim can be made immediately and the insurance activated.
- After placing an order, you will receive an email with all the details. Once processing is complete, shipping time will take a few days depending on the final destination. We will keep you updated with tracking information and an estimated delivery date.
- Delivery times may take longer during busier periods, especially around Public Holidays (Christmas, New Year, etc).
- Once orders are placed they cannot be changed. Returns can still be made. Lyona Sportswear is not responsible for unforeseen delays due to the Postal Service.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once delivered or an incorrectly entered address. Once items have been scanned as delivered to the customer's address, it is up to the customer to claim any missing or stolen items with the appropriate Postal Carrier.
- Always check your email inbox for SPAM or Junk Mail, to make sure you receive all our notifications.
DOMESTIC AND INTERNACIONAL ORDERS
- After placing an order, you will receive an email with all the details. Once processing is complete, shipping time will take a few days depending on the final destination. We will keep you updated with tracking information and an estimated delivery date.
- Due to cost restrictions we do not split shipments. Orders ship once all items in an order are ready for shipment.
- All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer as Lyona Sportswear does not collect these prior to shipment. Please contact your country's customs office for respective charges and rates on packages coming outside of your country.
- If you are ordering within territories belonging to the European customs union, import duties will not apply, however you may need to pay VAT or local sales taxes.
European Union territories that are not part of the European Customs and Fiscal Union: Andorra (Spain), Buesingen (Germany), Canary Islands (Spain), Ceuta (Spain), Heligoland (Germany), Aland Islands (Finland), Faroe Islands (Denmark), Lake Lugano (Italy), Livigno (Italy), Melilla (Spain), Mount Athos (Greece).
- For international orders shipped to customers in the United States, please be aware that US Customs may request your IRS, EIN or SSN number before allowing delivery to your address. You will normally have one week to provide this information before your order is returned to us.
- Once an order is placed you are responsible for all shipping charges, applicable custom import fees and the cost of return shipping back to us. This includes any shipment that is refused delivery as a return shipping fee will also be deducted from your refund.
- The Carrier deliveries can be delayed beyond our stated shipping times which is beyond our control and refunds for shipping costs cannot be offered.
- Any packages returned for INCOMPLETE/ INCORRECT address will be shipped again at the customers expense.
